House rules and the small print
How booking works
You pay the ticket price to book, then verify your ID once with DigiLocker. Chalgo collects the ticket for the host; the booking is between you and the host. If the ID check fails, or you can't be seated, your seat is not confirmed and everything you paid is refunded in full.
Refund policy (set by the host)
This is the host's refund policy. Refunds and cancellations are between you and the host; Chalgo checks that hosts and guests are verified and helps process a refund, but does not guarantee one. Cancel 7+ days before the event and the ticket is refunded in full. Cancel closer than that and 50% is refunded. If you are confirmed and do not show up, ticket money you paid is not refunded. If the host removes you or cancels the event, you are refunded in full.
Conduct & safety
Zero tolerance for harassment. A verified report can mean a permanent ban. Addresses are shared only with confirmed, ID-verified guests.
